About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to contribute to a comprehensive talent acquisition function. The role offers an opportunity to engage across various stages of the recruitment lifecycle within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting recruitment efforts by managing candidate interactions, coordinating interviews, and facilitating training programs. This position ensures the smooth execution of talent acquisition processes, from initial candidate screening to onboarding follow-ups, and contributes to maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with Business Unit HR teams on the status and outcomes of technical interviews for shortlisted candidates, providing assistance as required.
• Handle screening tasks for blue-collar (Future 0) positions, trainees, internships, Tamheer, and other training programs within designated areas.
• Coordinate with the OMD department for job postings on social media platforms to broaden the candidate selection pool.
• Conduct preliminary behavioral interviews for Future 0 candidates and trainees, assessing their soft skills against the Group’s Competencies Framework and logging outcomes in the Pulse system.
• Act as the primary point of contact for educational institutes, including conducting regular visits to check on eligible students and gathering periodic performance feedback on hired students from Business Units to share with institute management.
• Follow up with HR on the implementation of the On-Boarding program for new hires, reviewing Probation Report outcomes to assess selection program effectiveness and support high retention rates.
• Prepare monthly work summaries and quarterly KPI reports, collecting inputs from all associates and relaying them to PID and the TA National Acquisition Manager.
• Maintain an accurate candidate lifecycle within the Pulse system, ensuring all recruitment process steps are recorded for effective reporting.
• Manage the internal candidates’ database, ensuring it is updated and directed to the appropriate Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Manage, update, and analyze Internal Recruitment Campaigns (IRCs) on the Napco National website.
• Design candidate experience surveys and conduct analysis of the feedback received.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in conducting preliminary interviews and assessing soft skills.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records in HR systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates, institutes, and internal teams.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation within the Human Resources department, collaborating with various business units across Napco National.
