About the Scheduler Role

sraco is seeking a Scheduler to join their team in Al Jubail. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in project scheduling and planning. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely completion of activities and efficient resource utilization. The salary range for this role is SAR 11,250 - SAR 15,000.

Core Responsibilities

The Scheduler will play a key role in project execution by developing and managing project timelines. This involves close coordination with various project stakeholders to track progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions. The primary objective is to ensure projects remain on schedule and resources are used effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules.
• Prepare and analyze critical path schedules and identify schedule risks.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect progress updates and validate schedule information.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule analyses.
• Identify potential delays and recommend mitigation or recovery plans.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation to optimize project execution.
• Support project management in forecasting project completion dates.
• Participate in project meetings and provide schedule-related updates.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and project specifications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling and planning.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement techniques.
• Knowledge of critical path method (CPM) and earned value management (EVM) is preferred.
