Rezayat Industrial Cluster, encompassing entities such as SAECO, SAFAMI, and PROCOAT, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer. This full-time role is primarily within Saudi Arabian Fabricated Metals Industry Co Ltd. (SAFAMI), the manufacturing arm of the Rezayat Group. Established in 1974, SAFAMI delivers integrated engineering, procurement, and fabrication (EPF) solutions from its advanced facility in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. With nearly 50 years of experience, SAFAMI is a trusted provider of high-quality steel fabrication for critical industries, backed by a skilled workforce, international certifications, and a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Purpose of the Role

The main objective of the Senior Sales Engineer is to maintain and expand the business of multi-sales accounts. This involves leading a productive sales team to penetrate the market, gather market intelligence, generate leads and opportunities, negotiate submitted offers, and secure orders to meet sales targets. The role is instrumental in expanding the company's market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure business stability, smooth process flow of ongoing jobs/projects, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to achieve objectives.
• Manage existing customer relationships and build credibility with new customers.
• Understand the customer's decision-making process and develop customer mapping strategies.
• Conduct market research, gather market intelligence, and study market approaches.
• Lead the qualification and vendor registration process for the company to provide new services/products.
• Audit and approve bid documents, including both technical and commercial proposals.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Senior Sales Engineer position are required to have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales engineering capacity.

This full-time role is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
