KBR is seeking a Static Technician III to join its team in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position critical to maintaining the integrity and functionality of industrial assets.

Role Overview

The Static Technician III is responsible for ensuring static equipment and piping systems are maintained in optimal condition. This role involves leading a team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various static equipment and process piping systems, ensuring all operations comply with established procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and execute work instructions, drawings, and specifications as provided by the Supervisor.
• Lead and guide a team of Technicians in performing assigned tasks.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, including operating heavy-duty specialized tools from the Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines.
• Perform all installation and maintenance works in accordance with SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carry out necessary testing, including Hydro and Pneumatic tests.
• Obtain required work permits before commencing any work.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Consult with the Supervisor for any technical issues or guidance.
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained during and after job completion.
• Achieve job completion to specified quality and schedule according to company standards and requirements.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environment standards and procedures.
• Report all near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts promptly.
• Attend scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for High School graduates.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance for Diploma holders.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the works.

• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management in Oil & Gas Facilities.
• Well-organized and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and coordination.
