Role Overview

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking a Supervisor - Gardening and Landscaping to join our team in Al Jubail. This full-time position is central to maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces, requiring a dedicated professional to lead daily operations.

Key Contributions of the Supervisor

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all daily landscaping and gardening activities. This role ensures that all maintained areas consistently meet high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and operational efficiency, directly contributing to the overall quality of facilities management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gardening and landscaping operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Ensure all landscaped areas are maintained to high standards of appearance and cleanliness.
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality.
• Plan and schedule gardening activities, ensuring adequate coverage and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage the proper use, maintenance, and inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate with other related services, including sanitation, pest control, and general cleaning.
• Ensure all activities comply with established company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in general services, specifically within areas such as sanitation, gardening, janitorial, and pest control services.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Full and detailed knowledge of all aspects pertaining to landscaping, gardening, and related facility services.
• A valid driving license is required for this position.
