About the F&B Service Expert Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a F&B Service Expert (Dry) to join our team in Al Khobar, located in the Eastern region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in food and beverage service, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Purpose of the Role

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests, extending beyond the mere provision of food and beverages. This role involves taking initiative to deliver a comprehensive range of services that ensure guest enjoyment throughout their meal.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of this role include:

• Setting and preparing tables for guest service.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service.
• Interacting with and serving guests in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and service supplies.

• Managing the menu, which includes reading and visually verifying information.
• Performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as necessary.
