About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This role focuses on creating a unique and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to provide a wide range of services, guiding guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Perform operational tasks to support hotel functions.
Attend to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Complete necessary reports and documentation.
Provide information and commentary on local area events and highlights.
Ensure all interactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Operational Standards and Conduct

Success in this position requires adherence to fundamental operational standards. This includes maintaining a safe workspace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, and protecting company assets. The role also involves upholding quality standards and ensuring a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style at all times.

Physical Requirements

Guest Experience Experts are expected to be active and mobile throughout their shifts. This includes standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods. The role also involves various physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these tasks effectively is essential for guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Related Work Experience: No related work experience is required (0-1 years).
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
License or Certification: None specified.
