About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Pharmacist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on dispensing medications and providing patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The Pharmacist will contribute to revolutionizing patient interaction and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Provide medication counseling to patients, addressing questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and manage patient-specific medication treatment plans.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as needed in coordination with medical staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients on medication safety and wellness.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Doctor of Pharmacy (****** degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
