KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Principal Designer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is central to applying advanced engineering techniques and making critical decisions within a professional engineering environment.

Role Overview

The Principal Designer operates under general supervision, demonstrating the ability to independently apply advanced engineering techniques and make informed decisions on complex engineering problems and methodologies. A key aspect of this role involves representing the organization in conferences, where the Principal Designer will be responsible for resolving important technical questions and negotiating with key engineers and officials from other organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.
• Serve as a primary consultant for associates and others, with a high degree of reliance placed on scientific interpretations and advice.
• Manage measurable assets, such as an assigned staff and budget.

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
