About the Opportunity

Tecnicas Reunidas Saudi Arabia is seeking a Quality Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to candidates with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply and will be given priority consideration for this role.

Role Overview

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Project Quality Management System (QMS) within Tecnicas Reunidas Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing documentation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across various project phases and departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (*, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Project quality documentation, including the Project Quality Plan, Quality Policy, Project procedures, and quality records.
• Plan, coordinate, and/or perform internal and external audits during Project Execution.
• Analyze quality performance metrics, provide regular reporting to management, and propose corrective or preventive actions as needed.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of non-conformities, including the definition of corrective/preventive actions.
• Support the supplier qualification and evaluation process.
• Lead and mentor the Quality team, ensuring appropriate training and skill development.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to integrate quality processes.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Maintain communication with the Client Representative for all Quality-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Construction Quality Management team in the Home Office regarding quality-construction activities prior to the construction phase.
• Cooperate with the Quality team at the site when required, acting as a liaison with the Home Office Project team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Specific training in Quality Management Systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and leading Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, or equivalent, will be considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience with GES+.

Work Environment and Collaboration

This role operates within a dynamic project environment, requiring close collaboration with various internal departments and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers. The Quality Manager will lead a dedicated team and engage with both site-based and home office project teams to ensure consistent quality standards.
