Tala Sales Engineer Training Program Overview

Evostel is seeking a highly motivated fresh graduate in Electrical or IT Engineering to join its 1-year Tala training program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive hands-on experience and professional development opportunities, preparing participants for a career in the electrical or IT engineering industry. The role is based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, with required travel to Riyadh and Jeddah.

Training Program Structure

The training program offers comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals. It is structured with 70% job-related experiences, 20% interactions and collaboration with others, and 10% theoretical training and educational events. The program aims to provide junior engineers with a holistic understanding of various disciplines within a sales organization and exposure to cross-functional departments.

Program Disciplines and Exposure

• Sales, pre-sales, execution team, project management, and technical sales.
• Cross-functional departments of the supply chain, including warehouse management, product management, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes

• Conduct research and gather data to support design and engineering projects.
