Gulf Insulation Group is seeking a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to managing the company's communication strategies and marketing operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment. The position requires a professional with a proven track record in corporate communications and a strong understanding of brand management.

Role Overview

The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans across various platforms. This includes managing social media presence, overseeing content creation, coordinating marketing operations, and leading exhibition participation. The role demands a professional who can ensure consistent brand application, manage vendor relationships, and support business objectives through effective research and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for the company and its subsidiaries, encompassing planning, publishing, community engagement, and monthly reporting.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with corporate priorities, exhibitions, and product campaigns.
• Produce accurate and engaging copy in both Arabic and English for social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Create marketing visuals using Adobe Illustrator for social media posts and basic collateral, coordinating with external designers for complex projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and agencies to ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• Process purchase and payment requests accurately through the ERP system, tracking them to completion to prevent supplier payment delays.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and payment statuses.
• Manage end-to-end exhibition participation, including planning, preparation, booth coordination, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate exhibition logistics, such as stand setup, marketing collateral, catering, and timely delivery of product samples.
• Prepare and redesign presentations for management meetings, ensuring full alignment with company branding guidelines.
• Apply appropriate brand guidelines consistently across all marketing and communication materials for different business entities within the group.
• Support the production of marketing collateral, including company profiles, datasheets, and print materials.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on marketing and communications (MarCom) experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with public listed companies; experience in an IPO or Tadawul-listed environment is preferred.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proven corporate social media management experience with measurable results.
• Working knowledge of ERP or procurement systems and payment request workflows.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (portfolio evidence required); familiarity with Canva and Photoshop is a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to build and redesign professional, branded presentations.
• Experience supporting exhibitions or corporate events, including supplier and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple brand identities.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
