About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive – Interior Fit-outs is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for interior fit-out projects. The Senior Sales Executive will work closely with design and project teams to ensure alignment of client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads for interior fit-out projects.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track market trends.
• Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
• Conduct client presentations and site visits.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to align client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure accurate project scoping and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts with clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve client concerns.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Proactively follow up on ongoing projects.
• Represent the studio at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior fit-out industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand client bases.
• Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and conducting client presentations.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
