Midis Group is seeking a Site Project Engineer to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time position is crucial for the effective management and engineering of construction projects, ensuring their proper implementation and adherence to project deliverables.

The Role of Site Project Engineer

The Site Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This involves supervising on-site staff, providing essential technical advice, and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within the allocated budget. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of project quality, compliance, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate project parameters and ensure technical feasibility and desired quality in coordination with the direct manager.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects on site.
• Cooperate regularly with the direct manager and report updates on budgets, schedules, plans, and performance of site projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create more efficient project methods and maintain project profitability.
• Create a framework to measure project metrics and data collection while recommending improvements.
• Establish field test methods, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure project compliance with applicable practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety measures.
• Prepare site reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost in coordination with the direct manager.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant engineering or project management field.
