About the Role

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Storekeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing and storing products, and assisting with receiving and shipping processes. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety within the warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening stores in accordance with supply chain management instructions.
• Receiving goods and receipts from suppliers.
• Matching the quantity of received items in the order delivery with the purchase order.
• Reviewing the expiry dates of received items.
• Sending supplier invoices to both the purchasing and finance departments.
• Picking one item from each received item for verification by data entry.
• Signing and stamping supplier invoices after verification and completion of any pending tasks.
• Sending required daily reports.
• Closing stores at the end of the duty period.
