The Accountant Role

SIFA Consulting is seeking a full-time, on-site Accountant to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This role is central to managing the daily financial operations of the firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting activities. The Accountant will play a key part in supporting both internal decision-making and client engagements through precise financial data.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording financial transactions.
Maintain general ledgers and reconcile bank and account statements.
Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Assist with tax and regulatory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews.
Help improve internal financial controls and processes.
Collaborate with consulting teams to provide accurate financial data for client engagements and internal decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an accounting role.
Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Familiarity with tax and regulatory compliance.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. The role requires regular presence at the company's offices to facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
