About the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an Applications Development Manager to lead and mentor a development team. This full-time position, based in Al Khobar, involves overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications, requiring strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Applications Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. A key focus of this role is to ensure application performance, code quality, and responsiveness, while actively participating in code reviews and technical issue resolution. The manager will also be responsible for staying current with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement within the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.
• Utilize extensive experience in both frontend and backend technologies to guide development efforts.
• Mentor and guide the development team, fostering skill growth and best practices.
• Develop and maintain web applications using technologies such as .NET, ****, and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs efficiently.
• Contribute to maintaining high code quality, organization, and automation standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack application development.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or ****
• Strong knowledge of back-end development using C#, ****, and .NET Core.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL and SQL Server, including database design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
