About the Co-op Trainee Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Saudi National Co-op Trainee for its Information Technology team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. The trainee will gain practical experience within a leading professional engineering, construction, and cost management organization.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Co-op Trainee will learn and perform various IT-related duties, applying fundamental information technology principles and best practices within a specific discipline. The assignment may involve a structured rotational program offering exposure to IT Support, Systems Administration, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications, as well as other technology functions. The trainee will utilize technical documentation and company policies to ensure adherence to IT standards, security protocols, and operational procedures, becoming familiar with diverse systems and tools.

• Participate in rotational assignments across different IT functions if applicable.

Educational and Enrollment Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must be currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related curriculum at an accredited college or university. Applicants should have typically completed at least three years of study in their major.

Language and Technical Skills

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement for this position. While not strictly required, a working knowledge of common IT tools, systems, and software, including operating systems, networking fundamentals, and basic troubleshooting techniques, is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, databases, and programming concepts is considered a plus.
