Role Overview: Construction Manager

ECEC East Consulting Engineering Company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. Based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position is critical for overseeing all facets of construction operations. The primary objective is to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to established timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans, schedules, and budgets in close collaboration with all project stakeholders.
• Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor construction processes rigorously and conduct regular inspections to verify adherence to quality standards and design specifications.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential construction challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address issues before they impact project progress.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping of project progress, including daily logs, detailed reports, and change orders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in construction management. The ideal professional will have a demonstrated history of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project parameters and quality benchmarks.
