About the Role

ALEC Holdings, a prominent GCC construction group, is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to the successful delivery of complex and high-profile construction projects across the region, upholding ALEC's standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily deliverables for allocated work areas, ensuring usable Time and Motion - CVA information is issued to the delivery team, along with daily installation and efficiency requirements.
• Ensure Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and DSTI Schedules are issued to relevant team members for site implementation. Maintain up-to-date site contract information, including correct drawing and materials scheduling, and source tooling and access requirements per the delivery schedule.
• Verify that all Method Statements and Risk Assessments align with company HSE/QA-QC procedures and appointed Consultants' requirements. Record this information on a usable platform and ensure all compliancy statements, testing and commissioning, spares, warranties, and delivery period requirements are consistently upheld, initiating schedules with Project Engineers as needed.
• Manage a procurement/long lead item schedule in tandem with Project Engineers, indicating delivery dates and material status. Follow up on deliveries, record issues impacting the program, and maintain site delivery requirements in line with the primary program.
• Control the dissemination of contractual documents (drawings/contracts/specifications), ensuring usable information is issued to site team members for works execution within program timelines. Immediately forward scope of work changes to Project Engineers and the Commercial Team.
• Uphold daily site records detailing internal and external constraints, materials, and delivery requirements, and maintain the workflow process. Audit all site requirements and maintain minimum site resource, consumable, and tooling levels. Interface with Sub-Contractors and Vendors to meet delivery date requirements.
• Maintain Staff & Labour Performance Records and promote efficient and safe working conditions. Uphold the labor evaluation process, identify high-performing team members during delivery cycles, and promote a zero-defect policy, LTI, and Near Miss prevention within the delivery team.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this Construction Manager role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in construction management, ideally within a leading construction group in the GCC region.
