Role Overview

As an Inside Product Specialist, you will be an expert in your assigned portfolio, responsible for understanding product features, configurations, pricing, and availability. You will directly advise customers and provide technical solutions to meet their needs through various communication channels, including phone, chat, web, and email. This role is crucial for supporting the Inside Sales teams with technical consultation during customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for a defined set of Dell Technologies products and services.
• Provide technical consultation to Inside Sales teams during the sales cycle.
• Advise customers on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability.
• Deliver technical solutions to address varying customer needs, working independently or with subject matter experts on complex issues.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively via phone, chat, web, or email.
