Overview of the Role

Musanadah Facilities Management is seeking an Estimation Engineer to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position is focused on supporting the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for Facilities Management projects. The role is central to ensuring the financial viability and competitiveness of project bids.

Role Contribution and Context

The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for analyzing project requirements comprehensively and developing precise pricing models. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with various internal stakeholders to deliver successful and well-supported tender submissions. This position directly contributes to Musanadah Facilities Management's ability to secure and execute projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project scope, specifications, and tender requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, site surveys, and technical documentation.
• Develop detailed cost breakdowns covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with operations, technical, procurement, and finance teams to validate assumptions and methodologies.
• Assess cost risks and apply appropriate contingencies and allowances within estimates.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an Estimation Engineer role, preferably within Facilities Management or a related sector.

• Demonstrated attention to detail in preparing cost estimates and analyzing project documentation.
• Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating project requirements and developing pricing models.
