About the Role

Alturki Holding is seeking a Musanadah Estimation Engineer to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the accurate and competitive cost estimation for Facilities Management projects, playing a key role in the company's tender submission process.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential support in the preparation of detailed and competitive cost estimates for Facilities Management projects. This involves a systematic approach to analyzing project requirements, developing precise pricing models, and fostering collaboration with various internal teams to facilitate successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

Review project scope, specifications, and tender requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, site surveys, and technical documentation.
Develop detailed cost breakdowns covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Collaborate with operations, technical, procurement, and finance teams to validate assumptions and methodologies.
Assess cost risks and apply appropriate contingencies and allowances within estimates.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in estimation, demonstrating a detail-oriented approach to project costing. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, ideally within Facilities Management or a related industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal departments to achieve project objectives and ensure successful tender submissions.
