This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Role Overview

The Fleet Maintenance Coordinator plays a central role in managing the company's vehicle assets. This involves scheduling necessary maintenance, diligently tracking vehicle performance, and effectively coordinating with both external vendors and internal teams to maintain the fleet's optimal condition and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle condition, usage, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Communicate effectively with external service providers and negotiate repair costs.
• Track fuel usage and implement strategies to optimize fleet efficiency.
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and arrange emergency repairs as needed.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on fleet performance, associated costs, and downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
• Support the implementation and utilization of fleet management systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet maintenance or vehicle operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
