About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position focuses on creating a welcoming experience for guests from their initial arrival, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing comprehensive support throughout their stay. The role is critical in establishing a positive first impression and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival to initiate their experience.
• Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, whether in person or over the phone.
• Process, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings.
• Ensure efficient and seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations.
• Serve as a primary contact for guests, assisting with inquiries ranging from billing issues to restaurant recommendations.
