The Hospitality Specialist Role

The Hospitality Specialist is a full-time position responsible for ensuring every guest at Gravity receives an exceptional and positive experience. This role is central to guest satisfaction, from their arrival through to their departure, and involves direct interaction to support a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, aiming to create a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with check-in processes, waiver completion, ticketing, and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about the park's facilities, operational rules, and safety guidelines.
• Proactively address any guest concerns or complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Monitor the guest experience throughout their visit and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and report recurring issues to management for review.
• Uphold Gravity's established brand standards and customer service culture at all times.
