About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a HVAC Technician to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining the comfort and operational efficiency of our facilities.

Role Overview

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures all HVAC equipment operates effectively and efficiently, contributing to a comfortable environment for guests and staff within the hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components, including compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures during all maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience of 0-1 years in HVAC system maintenance and repair.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC principles, refrigerants, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Environment

This full-time position is based at an IHG Hotels & Resorts property in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of a dedicated engineering and maintenance team, ensuring the continuous operation of hotel facilities.
