An experienced Pastry Chef (2-5 years experience in baking) required for our Cafe based in Khobar. The candidate will be given an intensive training to follow existing recipes from our Central Kitchen in Bahrain.

Our menu range includes: Pancakes, Crepes, Waffle, Cookies, Brownies, Cakes, Creams, Custard fillings.

Responsibilities include:

Baking and Production: Follow the standard recipes and prepare a wide variety of goods, such as cakes, cookies, pastries, and artisanal breads using precise measurements.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order ingredients within budget, and oversee waste management.

Team Supervision: Train, mentor, and coordinate junior kitchen staff and baking assistants

Safety and Sanitation: Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and temperature control regulations
