About the Recruiter Role

Saleh & Abdulaziz Abahsain Co is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This full-time position focuses on attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to support our growing business. The role involves building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure timely hiring outcomes and an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support.
  • Manage job postings and maintain candidate databases.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Proficiency in using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment practices.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
