Rigging Supervisor

About the Role

National Initiative Human Resource Company is seeking a Rigging Supervisor for a contract position in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This role involves leading complex lifting operations for a multinational client specializing in mechanical construction, heavy equipment, and crane services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise heavy and critical lifts in accordance with approved lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Lead riggers, crane operators, and assembly teams during crawler and mobile crane operations.
• Oversee crane assembly and dismantling processes.
• Inspect rigging equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Conduct pre-lift safety briefings.
• Coordinate effectively with project and client teams.
• Intervene to stop unsafe activities immediately.
• Report lifting progress directly to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in rigging supervision or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex lifting operations.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk assessment in heavy lifting.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region, and operates on a contract basis. The Rigging Supervisor will work with a multinational client focused on mechanical construction, heavy equipment, and crane services.
