About the Sales Associate Role

This full-time position for a Sales Associate is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Saudi Arabia. The role involves engaging with clients, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to boutique sales objectives within the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client experiences aligned with service excellence standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Identify and develop clienteling opportunities by scheduling appointments and building client profiles.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Strategically manage and grow a client portfolio to maximize engagement and sales potential.
  • Execute targeted CRM actions to strengthen client connections and encourage repeat business.
  • Represent the brand during client events and activations.
  • Maintain operational compliance with all boutique procedures and policies.
  • Ensure accurate stock management, participate in inventory processes, and maintain the boutique's presentation.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive team spirit, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role.
  • Strong selling skills and a focus on service excellence.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Product knowledge and the ability to share brand stories.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset.

Work Environment and Location
