Cyberia Group is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for IT Solutions to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales and building strong client relationships within the IT sector.

Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, as well as managing the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure for assigned products and regions. A key aspect of this role involves cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline and portfolio of client accounts.
• Actively promote the company’s range of IT products and services to potential and existing clients.
• Cultivate and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
• Effectively manage customer requirements and provide timely responses to inquiries and needs.
• Provide regular market feedback and insights to the sales management team.
• Coordinate closely with collection teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in sales, preferably within IT solutions or a related field.
