Security Analyst

About the Role

Jobmaze is seeking an experienced Security Analyst for a full-time position in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role involves monitoring, investigating, and responding to security alerts within a complex enterprise security environment for our client.

Role Context

The Security Analyst will collaborate closely with a third-party Security Operations Center (SOC) to validate and action escalated security incidents. The position also requires monitoring various security tools and technologies that are not yet fully integrated into the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and action security alerts escalated by the third-party SOC via Gurucul SIEM.
• Monitor CrowdStrike EDR and SentinelOne consoles and investigate potential threats.
• Analyze Vectra AI NDR alerts to identify suspicious network activity.
• Review BeyondTrust PAM session logs and recordings for anomalous privileged access.
• Monitor Cisco Duo for suspicious authentication activity involving internal and remote users.
• Review Proofpoint email security alerts and phishing simulation results.
• Monitor Cloudflare WAF/DDoS security events.
• Review and prioritize vulnerabilities identified through CrowdStrike Spotlight and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Monitor security technologies including Forescout NAC and Nexthink.
• Periodically review existing security solutions and policies, recommending improvements as needed.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess hands-on experience across various security domains, including SOC operations, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Network Detection and Response (NDR), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Network Access Control (NAC), email security, and incident response.
