Role Overview: Fire Prevention Manager (Bakery Plant)

Almarai is seeking a Fire Prevention Manager for its bakery plant in Al-Kharj. This full-time position involves providing essential fire safety support to the Operations Division management. The role focuses on ensuring the Operations Division maintains compliance with Almarai policies, procedures, and relevant fire codes and standards, particularly NFPA codes, through site auditing and advisory functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fire risk assessments for all areas of the plant site and maintain updated records.
• Ensure all fire equipment is checked and tested according to established schedules, maintaining accurate records of these tests.
• Implement initiatives to enhance fire safety standards for employees within the manufacturing plant.
• Perform fire audits, both independently and in collaboration with the divisional HSS manager.
• Develop and deliver fire training programs for all staff members.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in fire prevention and safety.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fire codes and standards, with a particular emphasis on NFPA codes.
• Experience in conducting fire risk assessments and audits.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective fire safety training programs.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence within the bakery plant environment.
