The Opportunity: Transport Coordinator

Almarai is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of products from operating hubs. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic multinational team focused on furthering the group's growth plans, which include aggressive expansion and acquisitions in new vertical markets.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Transport Coordinator is to manage the dispatch process for fresh, UHT/Foods, and milk products. This involves ensuring that all deliveries are dispatched according to daily and weekly plans, reach the correct destinations, and are accompanied by accurate documentation. The role is critical in achieving departmental objectives related to operational efficiency and delivery accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely dispatch of fresh, UHT/Foods, and milk products.
• Verify that dispatches align with daily and weekly operational plans.
• Confirm products are sent to the correct destinations.
• Ensure all dispatched goods have accurate and complete documentation.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives from operating hubs.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
