As the strategic driver of our market growth, you will go beyond traditional sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative growth strategies and engineering logistics solutions that integrate our core hubs in Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah into clients' supply chains. The ultimate goal is to position Al-Rashed Transport as a leading inland carrier in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence across the Kingdom.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
- Engineer innovative logistics solutions integrating our hubs into clients’ supply chains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams for seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within transport and logistics.
- Proven track record in sales and deal closing.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring teams.
