About the Role

Beeah Planners, Architects and Engineers is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join its supervisory consultant team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is crucial for overseeing the implementation of a security systems development project. The Surveyor will be responsible for executing various surveying tasks, including topographic surveys, setting out, and verifying coordinates, levels, and dimensions. The role also involves supporting the supervision team in monitoring civil and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform topographic surveying and site setting out.
• Verify coordinates, levels, axes, dimensions, and work locations.
• Execute setting out for various elements including works, foundations, structures, fences, and gates.
• Verify the contractor's surveying works and compare them against approved drawings.
• Review survey data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify any discrepancies between design specifications and on-site execution.
• Support the supervision team in inspecting and verifying executed works.
• Assist in the preparation and review of Redline and As-Built data.
• Coordinate effectively with the Civil Engineer and the broader supervision team.
• Prepare and maintain accurate topographic survey records.
• Operate and utilize necessary surveying instruments and equipment for measurement tasks.
• Ensure the validity and calibration of all surveying equipment used.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Surveying or a related field.
• Relevant experience in surveying for construction projects.
• Experience in infrastructure or industrial projects is considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using surveying equipment.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and coordinates.
• High accuracy in measurements and record preparation.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires the ability to work fully on-site to effectively manage and oversee project surveying activities.
