The company is seeking an Assistant Regional Quality Assurance Manager to join its team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Purpose of the Role

This role is critical for ensuring business performance and enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining regional compliance with Quality & Food Safety management systems, processes, and personnel standards. The objective is to cultivate a continuous improvement culture and optimize resources and activities to meet business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement a successful HACCP Program at a regional level, addressing all Food Safety risks related to Storage & Distribution.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional audit plan against ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and Almarai Internal Standards.
• Establish and conduct a regional AIBI inspection plan in accordance with the AIBI standard.
• Lead and guide regional teams to provide daily support for core regional activities and associated processes, including strategy formulation, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management.
• Record, measure, monitor, and report Regional KPI performance using established methodologies and generate regular reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-6 years of experience in the FMCG industry within a quality assurance function.
• Proven experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 HACCP implementation, with a strong understanding of Distribution and Logistics.
• Prior work experience in the Middle East region.
