About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking an Asst. Team Leader, Operations, to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and coordinating with various sections to meet operational deadlines and standards. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure immediate action in case of aircraft changes and new setups.
• Monitor the telex printer continuously and take appropriate action.
• Keep self and other staff informed and updated on changes in DIFOS, packing lists, or instructions from Saudia/Foreign Airlines regarding standards and packing patterns.
• Maintain proper records of all documents.
• Ensure all staff are informed of procedural and standard changes and act on extra jobs assigned via IOCs/Emails.
• Ensure proper shift handover with a Logbook and brief the incoming shift Senior Foreman on operational aspects.
• Assign staff to assemble flights on deadlines and check flights as required.
• Ensure all provisioning assembled for flights aligns with the loading/production plan.
• Ensure food load sheets and security checklists are prepared and signed by individuals checking the flights.
• Take immediate action on up-catering requirements.
• Coordinate with Supervisors Assembly and Transport regarding transport availability.
• Coordinate with Beverage, Kits, Tray Setting, Equipment, and Food Packing Sections for smooth assembly operations.
• Ensure only authorized items are dispatched on flights and security checklists are duly completed.
• Provide required assistance to the VIP Cell as advised by the Supervisor Assembly.
• Carefully check up-catering items before dispatching them to the aircraft.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in operations, demonstrating the ability to manage and coordinate daily tasks effectively within a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within a team-oriented operational setting focused on meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high standards.
