The Role: FCAW Welder

We are seeking a skilled FCAW Welder (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is within the Oil & Energy sector and is essential for maintaining high operational standards and delivering quality welding work for our extensive projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) methods on various metal types and thicknesses.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure conformity in welding projects.
• Conduct inspections of welds to verify quality and compliance with industry standards of ASME and ISO.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to address and solve welding challenges effectively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Complete necessary documentation of work performed and assist in project planning to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as an FCAW welder with expertise in Flux-Cored Arc Welding techniques.
• Valid welding certifications in FCAW or related welding processes.
• Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations relevant to welding operations.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship with minimal defects.
• Ability to work effectively in both independent and team situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to troubleshoot welding-related issues.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Province. The role requires working effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team, to deliver high-quality welding outcomes for various projects.
