• Lead applied engineering research initiatives and publish findings in high-impact, peer-reviewed technical journals.
• Supervise senior design capstone projects and provide comprehensive mentorship to students.
• Foster relationships with the industrial sector to secure research grants and practical opportunities for students.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Candidates must hold a PhD in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• University Ranking Criteria: To align with institutional excellence standards, applicants must hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings).
