About the Guest Service Agent Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out processes.

Role Purpose

As a Guest Service Agent, you will function as a Guest Experience Expert, proactively delivering a wide range of services and guiding guests throughout their entire stay. This role empowers you to take initiative and address various guest needs, ensuring every interaction contributes to a seamless overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Address guest requests promptly and effectively.
• Complete necessary reports accurately.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Success in this role requires a hands-on approach within a dynamic environment. Guest Service Agents are expected to be on their feet and moving around, which includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The position also involves physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties effectively, along with other reasonable job duties as requested, is crucial for consistently delivering excellent service to our guests and supporting our business.
