About the Role

Arrow Food Group is seeking a Key Account Manager Nationals to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on managing modern trade key accounts and achieving sales objectives. The role requires strong coordination across various internal functions to ensure effective market execution.

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned modern trade key accounts. This includes developing strategic account plans, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role demands close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and distribution teams to optimize performance and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and ensure national-level sales coordination.
• Develop sales plans and budgets to meet or exceed annual targets.
• Negotiate contracts, marketing plans, listing fees, rebates, shelf space, returns, and BDAs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers.
• Conduct market visits to monitor coverage, competitors, product availability, and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing to support merchandising and promotions.
• Monitor account P&L, KPIs, fulfillment rate, returns, and collections.
• Ensure efficient distribution and compliance with sales administration procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts within the modern trade sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and negotiating commercial terms.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working collaboratively with various internal departments and frequent interaction with key account customers.
