Key Account Manager Transport Logistics & Express (B B)

About the Role

Al Saif Group is expanding its transport and integrated logistics network across the Kingdom. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow key corporate B2B relationships. This full-time role is based in the Eastern region, specifically in Dammam or Jeddah.

Role Context

The Key Account Manager will report directly to the Commercial Manager. This position involves working closely with the commercial team, collaborating with Business Development Executives to integrate new clients, and taking full ownership of enterprise client retention, service level agreement (SLA) governance, and wallet-share expansion across freight transport, express distribution, contract logistics, and container terminal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect, renew, and expand long-term B2B relationships with enterprise accounts across industrial, retail, FMCG, and e-commerce sectors.
• Cross-sell capabilities by bundling line-haul transport, B2B express delivery, 3PL warehousing, and terminal depot operations (Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail) into integrated corporate contracts.
• Lead client governance, including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and performance reviews to track on-time delivery, fleet availability, transit times, and shipment visibility.
• Oversee financial health of accounts, managing margin performance, ensuring credit compliance, and resolving billing disputes to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in key account management within transport logistics and express services (B2B).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key corporate relationships.
• Experience in freight transport, express distribution, contract logistics, and container terminal services.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia, with primary locations in Dammam and Jeddah.
