About the Machine Operator Role

Napco National is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for its facility in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role requires a candidate with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field, specifically with a strong understanding of cutting and printing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product conformity with standard finished goods specifications, supporting the Quality Inspector.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned production line during shifts and at month-end.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Properly set up the machine and perform size changes as required.
• Manage the handling of raw materials, including received, returned, and transferred items to and from the Raw Material warehouse.
• Communicate any machine-related issues verbally to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Ensure finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated locations.
• Adhere to and follow all safety and environmental instructions, and participate in toolbox talks led by the HSE officer.
• Participate in all applicable levels and functions related to the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) management system, including its development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Flexible Packaging and Cutting Technology is required.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the cutting field is essential.

Technical and Language Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of the cutting process and a strong understanding of the printing process are necessary.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Computer Proficiency and Physical Health

• Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is expected.
• Candidates must maintain good physical health and be capable of working under demanding conditions, including hot weather.

Work Ethic and Conditions

The ability to work efficiently under pressure and in challenging conditions is a key requirement for this role. This is a full-time position based in Dammam.
