MAINTENANCE LEAD TECHNICIAN

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of machinery and mechanical equipment within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment according to diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications.
• Inspect and troubleshoot problems to identify root causes of malfunctions.
• Dismantle devices as needed to repair or replace defective parts.
• Document all completed work, observations, and parts used on the repair request form.
• Monitor bearing conditions and other wear and tear on equipment.
• Replace faulty mechanical components, including bearings, chains, belts, pneumatic, and hydraulic components, utilizing appropriate equipment and hand tools.
• Execute and implement routine maintenance programs using relevant tools and references.
• Conduct calibrations based on the established calibration schedule.
• Log daily maintenance activities and tasks.

Operational Standards and Safety

• Implement and maintain the 5S culture throughout the plant to ensure an organized and efficient workspace.
• Ensure that all health and safety requirements are strictly adhered to, safeguarding employee health from industrial hazards.

Decision-Making and Leadership

• Prepare and issue vouchers for necessary spare parts.
• Initiate and recommend modifications or replacements for components and equipment that do not meet acceptable operating standards.
• Provide direction, assistance, and training to new or junior technicians as required.

This role requires 0-1 years of experience in maintenance or a related technical field. The position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and is a full-time commitment.
