About the Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead and manage maintenance operations in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of machinery and equipment within an industrial environment. The role involves supervising a team, implementing maintenance programs, and ensuring operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring efficient and safe task execution.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance, minimizing operational disruption.
• Manage maintenance records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in the procurement of parts and materials required for maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Foreman or in a similar leadership role within an industrial setting.
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Technical certification or diploma in engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
