About the Role

National Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales initiatives within the accounting industry. The manager will lead campaigns, identify market trends, and contribute to the company's growth.

Role Context and Objectives

The Marketing and Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. This position involves identifying market trends and customer needs to tailor services effectively. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and fostering continuous improvement within the team. The manager will influence business direction and mentor team members in sales and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement, utilizing market research and analytics.
Lead the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets, ensuring team members have necessary skills and resources.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining competitive advantage and adapting to customer needs.
Collaborate with the finance department to set pricing strategies and budget allocations that maximize profitability.
Create and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to promote accounting services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using KPIs and metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
Organize training sessions and workshops for the sales team, focusing on skill enhancement and best practices in sales techniques.

Experience Requirements

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing and sales management.
