About the Role

Al-Othman Holding Company is seeking an experienced NDT Technical Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing and ensuring technical compliance in Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) operations, maintaining procedures, and managing personnel training and certification. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure NDE technical compliance in daily site operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and statistics for NDT operations.
• Maintain and update inspection procedures.
• Prepare and implement the company’s NDE written practice for personnel training and certification.
• Support the operations head in technical compliance for daily tasks, reporting, manpower planning, mobilization, transportation, and equipment arrangement.
• Prepare and implement the company's technical procedures, policies, and business interests.
• Instruct employees on Safety & Quality requirements and ensure communication to their crews.
• Notify management of all Quality & Safety violations.
• Provide operational, technical, safety, and quality instructions to all employees.
• Ensure operations adhere to daily distribution, progress, and work status for each project as per technical requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company written policies, strategic plans, procedures, and work instructions.
• Update company information in NDT, follow up on technician qualifications, procedures, techniques, and client approvals.
• Communicate with customers regarding technical complaints, crew planning, and technical compliance.
• Monitor technical NDT performance, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Actions (CAs).
• Follow quality and safety system requirements, quality control plans, and work instructions to ensure service quality.
• Meet with customer representatives on-site for operational, quality, administrative, HSE, and other project-related technical requirements.
• Ensure timely response to clients and customers for NDT requirements and arrangements.
• Provide training to the team in HSE, quality, and other technical parameters as advised by management.
• Follow up and update tasks and targets with KPI monitoring, reporting to the NDT section head for smooth execution of NDT crew and business.
• Coordinate administrative controls on the NDT team and crew members for smooth execution, job rotation, task management, equipment handling, use, and storage.
• Follow, support, and report to the Operations Head for all communications, RFQs, invoices, and POs.
• Maintain updated records for all NDT processes and communicate with management as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in NDT operations and technical management.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and implement technical procedures and policies.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements in NDT.
• Experience in training and certifying NDE personnel.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in report generation and data analysis.
• Ability to monitor performance and implement corrective actions.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring active participation in site operations and coordination with various stakeholders. The role involves working within a structured environment focused on technical compliance and operational efficiency.
