The Opportunity: Occupational Health Specialist (Sales)

Almarai is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist (Sales) to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to providing comprehensive Occupational Health (OH) solutions. The specialist will be responsible for performing employee and workplace health-related assessments, reporting and escalating occupational conditions, and developing OH initiatives to benefit the division and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Align, implement, and maintain an Occupational Health Service in line with divisional and group objectives.
• Maintain and analyze employee Occupational Health records and generate relevant statistics from them.
• Develop and implement Occupational Health-related training programs for managers, safety advisors, and other Almarai employees.
• Conduct health hazard identification, assessments, and surveillance of employees within their work environments.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in occupational health. The role requires a professional capable of managing health assessments, data analysis, training development, and workplace hazard identification.
